When you use Lumai to generate video content, you upload image files (such as real estate photos) to our servers. These images are temporarily stored in secure cloud buckets solely for the purpose of rendering your requested video.
We do not use your private listing photos to train our foundational AI models. Your images are processed securely and transiently by our generation workers and are not injected into any public datasets.
Source images and generated videos are stored securely in your account so you can access your project history. You may delete a project at any time from your Dashboard, which will permanently scrub the source files and resulting video from our servers.
We utilize secure third-party infrastructure (such as Supabase for database management and Railway/Vercel for compute). These providers are strictly bound by confidentiality agreements and do not have the right to use your data for their own commercial purposes.
