By accessing or using the Lumai platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You retain all ownership rights to the original photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant Lumai a temporary license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your video.
You own the generated video. Lumai grants you a perpetual, commercial, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and monetize the generated video tours across any platform (e.g., MLS, Instagram, YouTube) provided you have the legal right to the underlying property imagery.
Lumai operates on a pre-paid credit system. Credits are deducted upon the initiation of a video generation job.
Automated Generation Protection: Because AI generation relies on complex computational processes, jobs may occasionally fail. If a generation fails due to a system error on our end, our automated monitoring system will intercept the failure and instantly refund the deducted credits back to your account balance.
You agree not to use Lumai to generate content that is illegal, explicit, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.
